"本研究では，気になる子どもの保育に関する巡回相談について，これまで指摘されてきた回数の不足や，保育士の訪問者に対する依存性等の問題を解消するための仕組みを組み込んで巡回相談を企画・実施し，終了後，対象となった24の保育所（園）長に対して行ったアンケー卜調査に基づき，効果的な巡回相談のスタイルについて考察した。その結果，訪問者のファシリテートにより，複数の保育土で協議する仕組みとそれを支えるための枠組みの提示，保育士の対応の肯定的な評価，保育士が見落としていたり，気付いていない視点の提案，負担感の少ない保育所(園)の実情に応じた訪問体制のアレンジ等が有効であると考えられた。",
