To test this hypothesis, we conducted surveys with 550 nurses working in hospitals with 300-500 sickbeds in three Prefectures in the Hokuriku Region. 内容記述 | 看護師の組織貢献意識には,職務満足度・自己実現・達成動機が関係するという仮説を検証することを目的に,北陸3県の病床数300~500床規模の病院に勤務する看護師550名を対象に調査を実施した.その結果,看護師の組織貢献意識と自己実現の下位概念の「変革力」で弱い相関を示した(p<0.01)が,職務満足度,達成動機との間には相関はなかった. 組織として職員のキャリア開発を行い,職員の自己実現を高めるような支援をしていくことが,組織貢献意識を高めるためには重要であることが示唆された.
