The aim of the present study was to test the hypothesis that job satisfaction, selfrealization, and achievement motivation are related to nurses’ sense of organizational contribution. To test this hypothesis, we conducted surveys with 550 nurses working in hospitals with 300-500 sickbeds in three Prefectures in the Hokuriku Region. The results showed a weak correlation between nurses’ awareness of organizational contribution and the self-realization subordinate concept of “ability to change”(p < 0.01), but no correlation was found with job satisfaction and achievement motivation. The results of this study suggested that conducting staff career development and providing support to enhance the self-realization of the staff is important to raise awareness of organizational contribution., Article, 富山大学看護学会誌, 第13巻2号, 2013.12., page 105-114}, pages = {105--114}, title = {看護師の組織貢献意識と職務満足度・自己実現・達成動機との関係}, volume = {13}, year = {2013} }
