The data collection instrument used in this study was an interview of four public elementary school homeroom teachers. Analysis was carried out by Structure-Construction Qualitative Research Method (SCQRM) developed by Saijo (2007, 2008). From the results of this study, four elementary school teachers have almost similar perceptions about the selfevaluation card, and three categories about the use of card are generated; roles of the self-evaluation card, effective use of the card, and effectiveness of the card.
