Toyama"}]}]},"item_3_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究では,特別支援学校において,児童生徒一人一人の教育的ニーズに応じた支援の充実に必要とされるPDCAサイクルを具現化するツール「できるシート」を開発し,実践によって,「できるシート」の活用が授業改善に役立ち,児童生徒の望ましい行動変容を引き出すのか検証することを目的とした。「できるシート」は,児童生徒が自ら行動目標達成に向けて取り組む主体的な活動を実現し,さらにその活動を授業場面から生活場面へと生かす継続的・発展的支援をも視野に入れて,授業の計画・実践・評価・改善ができるように工夫したシートであり,児童生徒一人一人について,個別に作成するものである。複数の教員がチームとなって取り組んだ結果,対象生徒らについて,目標とした行動変容が確認でき,「できるシート」で立案実践した支援方法の有効性が認められた。また,指導場面に直接かかわらなかった教員との連携が促進され,各教員が一貫した支援を行うようになり,生活場面でも対象生徒らに望ましい行動が見られるようになった。実践に基づき,「できるシート」は,PDCA
