Toyama"}]}]},"item_3_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"今回の研究は，原発事故から1年を経て，原発に関する世論はどのように変化したかを，大学生に対するアンケート調査と2012年衆議院選挙結果から比較検討したものである。\n特に2012年は，4月から文科省が作成した「放射線等に関する副読本」が使われること，および原発のあり方が問われる衆議院選挙が近づいており（突然の解散で，2012年12月16日に実施された），政財界およびその意向を受けたメディアによる広報が盛んになるなど原子力への関心が高まることが予想された。大学生の原発に関する意識あるいは建前は，福島原発事故があっても変わっていないが（椚座・田上，2011；椚座・清河，2012），メディア報道との相乗効果が起きる可能性があった。\n本研究のもう1つの論点は，福島原発事故は，学校教育界にどのような影響を与えたかにある。「放射線等に関する副読本」と，平成20年の学習指導要領改訂で中学校理科に登場した原子力利用に関係して，放射線安全神話と原発推進を説く教育行政側と子供たちの安全を考える一部の教員側の対立が生まれた（林，2011）。一方，教員には，日本の科学技術の成果として，原発を理科教育で積極的に扱うべきだとする者もいる（例えば，理科の教育編集委員会，2012）。\nむしろ問題は，中立公平を盾に沈黙する，問題を先送りにする教員や学校が多いことであろう。あるいは中立とは，教員は原発のメリットとデメリットを提示し，児童生徒が話し合って決めることであると考える教員や大学生が多い。容易に入手できるメリットとデメリット論は，原発推進側が用意したものが多く，そもそもバイアスがかかっている。このことに無警戒で，中立公平にやっているとすることは，将来の日本社会への影響が大きい。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_description_40":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ(DSpace)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"Article","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_6":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"富山大学人間発達科学部紀要,
