Toyama"}]}]},"item_3_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"我が国のソーシャルワークは，1990年代の社会福祉基礎構造改革から，大きな転換期を迎えている。従来の，社会福祉の各法による属性や課題に個別的に対応する方法から，地域を基盤とする総合的かつ包括的な方法への転換であるといえる。\n従来の各法における社会福祉の実践では，入所施設における処遇を中心に社会福祉実践が行われており，地域を基盤とした社会福祉実践は重要視されてこなかった。制度的には，介護保険制度における地域包括支援センターなどにおける相談支援・支援事業や障害者自立支援制度における障害者の地域移行事業，相談支援事業などであり，児童，高齢者，障害者領域での虐待防止などで，市町村を核とし，より小さな単位である地域において，地域住民を巻き込んだ形での支援体制の強化・充実が重要視されている。本稿では障害福祉分野の施策である援費制度，障害者自立支援法，障害者総合支援法といった各法制度の成立背景や法のねらいに焦点をあて，制度的ソーシャルワークの機能や課題について述べ，コミュニティ・ソーシャルワークについて考察する。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_description_40":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ(DSpace)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"Article","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_6":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"富山大学人間発達科学部紀要,
