service"}]},"item_3_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2010-03","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"2","bibliographicPageEnd":"66","bibliographicPageStart":"55","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"4","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"富山大学人間発達科学部紀要"}]}]},"item_3_description_15":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究では，富山型デイサービスにおける，障害のある子どもたちの問題行動の現状を明らかにすることを目的に，アンケート調査を実施した。対象は，富山県内の富山型デイサービス62か所の事業主，及びその職員である。調査の結果，障害のある子どもが利用している事業所は36か所（58％）で，その中の24か所（67％）が，障害のある子どもたちに問題行動がみられると回答した。また，2008年度に富山型デイサービスを利用した障害のある子ども419名のうち，40%（168名）に問題行動がみられ，その中でも，特別支援学校中学部在籍児において，問題行動のある子どもの数がそうでない子どもの数より統計的に有意に多いことが分かった。そこで，さらに問題行動を起こす子どもの利用実態や，その問題行動の内容，職員の対応などを明らかにするため，問題行動があると答えた事業所 1か所あたり，特に対応に困る障害のある子どもを 2名までを対象に，詳細なアンケート調査を依頼したところ，子ども37名分について回答を得た。その結果，特に対応に困る子どもたちは，長期休業中や課業中を問わず，多様な時間数で日常的にデイサービスを利用していること，利用時間中は決まった活動プランがなく職員が付いて活動していること，一人で過ごす場合は自己刺激遊びが多いことが分かった。また，職員が特に対応に困る行動は 1「他人の体をつねったり，叩いたりして傷つける」，2「こだわりがある」，3「排泄や食事などの身辺処理面での意思疎通に困難がある」，「突然どこかへ飛び出す」の順で多かった。さらに，最も対応に困る行動が 1日に 4回以上起きている子どもたちが半数近くおり，回答した職員の7割以上がその行動に対して困惑していることが明らかになった。以上のことから，障害のある子どもが富山型デイサービスを利用する際の問題行動は，看過できない課題と考えられ，富山型デイサービスの特質に即した問題行動への対応方法を早急に検討する必要性が示唆された。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_description_40":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ(DSpace)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"Article","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_6":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"富山大学人間発達科学部紀要,
