The results of this study are as follows. 1)As for the variety of viniculture in Germany, it is mainly composed of Riesling, and for red wine, such as Spätburgunder, is also commonone. 2)In some places of the highlands in Alps, Switzerland, the wine production that used local high-quality grapes changed from for-private to for-commerce. 3)In the north of 13 cultivation regions of Germany, new vineyards are opened in Brandenburg and Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. 4)Though the amount of wine production of Germany is less than that of the Mediterranean area, it increases or it stabilizes and the variety has changed to ones of high quality. 5)As for the year to year change of wine production amount, a similar tendency among regions is seen by the south or north location and the cultivation variety. 6)As for the cultivation variety of Germany, Silvaner, strong for cold, decreases, and Spätburgunder, weak for cold, increases. 7)In the wine production in the vicinity of the north, it is thought that the high temperature, long sunshine duration, and little precipitation work advantageously. 8)The high temperature in the warm period has negative correlation with the amount of wine production, and it is thought that a remarkable high temperature at the midsummer becomes a trouble factor in recent global warming. 9)The wine production amount has positive correlations with temperatures in September and May, and it is thought that the early flowering and enough maturity are advantageous. 10)In the north vicinity production area, it is thought that a high temperature, little precipitation, and long sunshine duration in September enable the production.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"本研究では,欧州において温暖化がブドウ栽培に与える影響をとりあげ,現地での実態調査また統計調査を行い,さらに気候の変化の影響について分析した。\n本論では,北辺地域を主な対象としているが,地中海沿岸地域での変化も大きく,今後はむしろ南辺地域としての分析が必要となるかもしれない。また近年の温暖化の中では,主な対象としたドイツの伝統的な生産地域以北でも,ベネルクス,北欧諸国,バルト三国などにおいても,新たな商業的ブドウ栽培が開始,あるいは試みられるようになった。欧州北方におけるブドウ栽培は,古代に始められて中世に再開し,近年に再再度活発化しているが,中には古代・中世における栽培が知られていない地域も含まれている。\nそのためワイン生産の変化は,単なる再開の域を超えるものであるが,もとより現在の変化には域内外の情勢の変化がかかわり,従来と同じではない。その状況は異なるにせよ,古代・中世おいてもワイン生産はさまざまな要因がかかわり変化したので,現在の温暖化とワイン生産の変化の流れの解明により,その歴史気候における代替資料としての可能性を知る手掛かりが得られるものと考えられる。\n歴史時代の気候復元の代替資料とされるブドウ収穫期日には,複合的な要因がかかわる。現在のブドウの収穫は,高級化および温暖化の中で,気候とのかかわりが従来とは異なる。それを資料とするには,因果関係の十分な解明が必要であり,ワイン生産の変遷についての詳細な分析により,代替資料としての利用が可能となる。確実な気候復元がなされるなら,まず現象面よりマクロに,気候とワイン生産変遷とのかかわりが,解明されると考えられる。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_description_40":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ(DSpace)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"Article","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_6":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"富山大学人間発達科学部紀要,
