The carbide formed was W2C, and no WC was observed. The growth rate of W2C showed no significant dependence on the size and shape of crystal grains. A clear correlation, however, was observed between the hardness of tungsten and the rate of W2C growth, and the reaction rate decreased with hardness., Article, 富山大学水素同位体科学研究センター研究報告 = Annual Report of Hydrogen Isotope Research Center, Toyama University 22, 47-53.(2002)}, pages = {47--53}, title = {アモルファス炭素膜との固相反応速度に及ぼすタングステンの微細組織の影響}, volume = {22}, year = {2002} }
