University"}]}]},"item_3_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"いわゆる「ビザなし交流」の一環として「北方四島交流事業日本語講師派遣事業」が独立行政法人北方領土問題対策協会によって1998年から実施されている。これは，日本とロシアという2つの国家聞の領土をめぐる緊張した状況を抱える「北方領土」の地で，島氏に対する日本語講座を開講する事業である。事業の目的は北方領土問題の解決に寄与することにほかならない。毎年開講されているが，短期間なので受講者の学習したことが定着しにくく適当な教材も不足しているなど，困難な側面もある。しかし，島民からは概ね好意的に受け入れられており，日本語学習を通して，現地に親日的・友好的な雰囲気が生まれ，醸造されてきており，「北方領土」における本事業の日本語教育は一定の成果が上がっていると言える。しかし，本事業の趣旨である「ビザなし交流」に合致した教材の開発，効果的な講師派遣の方法や期間など，今後さらに検討し，取り組むべき課題もある。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_description_40":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ(DSpace)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"Article","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_6":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"富山大学留学生センター紀要,
