: ELISA法による測定の試み\n[概要]本研究は尿中低分子蛋白であるレチノール結合蛋白(RBP)をELISA法にて測定し，新生児期尿細管機能の評価におけるRBPの有用性を明らかにすることを目的とした。\n合併症のない成熟新生児6 2名を対象とし，日齢1，3，7および30に採尿を行い，尿中RBP，尿中β2ミクログロプリン，尿中α1ミクログロブリンを測定した。\n各々の項目につき時間体重当たりの排准量を算出した。\n尿中RBP排池量は，日齢1は低値であったが日齢3で有意に増加し日齢7には減少した。\n日齢30 日齢7とほぼ同値であった。尿中β2ミクログロブリン排池量，尿中α1ミクログロブリン排池量も同様の傾向が認められたが，日齢間に有意差は認められなかった。\n尿中RBPと尿中β2ミクログロブリンおよび尿中RBPと尿中α1ミクログロブリンの排池量において有意に相関を認めた。\n尿中RBP排池量は新生児期における尿細管機能を評価する指標として有用であると思われた。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"【第2編】早期産児尿中レチノール結合蛋白排泄動態の検討
