faecalis， Bacillus mesentericus， Clostridium butyricum) のAzoxymethane (A0M)誘発大腸腫瘍に対する効果を検討した結果，AOM(7.4mg/kg S.C. 11週間)を投与した対照群の腫瘍発生率が90 %であるのに対して，3種菌株の生菌をAOM投与開始と同時に週2回，15週間経口投与したところ腫場発生率が56.5 %と有意な減少が認められた。\n発生腫瘍個数においても2.6個が0.96個と有意に減少した。\nこの抑制の機序を検討するためにまず，3種菌株のホルマリン死菌を用いて免疫系におよぼす影響を液性免疫，細胞性免疫，NK細胞活性，活性化マクロファージについて検討したところ，著明なNK細胞活性の賦活化が観察された。\n一方，誘発実験における牌のNK細胞活性の経時的変化を検討した結果，無処置の対照群に対するAOM投与群の活性の低下以上に3種生菌を同時に経口投与した群のNK細胞活性は低値であった。\n腸内細菌叢について検討した結果，AOM単独群では投与開始15週目からEnterobacteriaceaeの増加が認められたが，AOM+3種生菌投与群ではその増加がなかった。\n以上の結果から，AOM誘発大腸腫瘍の発生においてNK細胞がその主な監視機構とならないこと，および3種生菌による腸内細菌叢の変化が抑制的に働いていることの2点を明らかにした。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_9_description_40":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ(DSpace)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"Article","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_9_description_5":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"富山医科薬科大学・医学博士・甲第134号・山本克弥・1991/3/20","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_9_dissertation_number_65":{"attribute_name":"学位授与番号","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_dissertationnumber":"甲第134号"}]},"item_9_full_name_3":{"attribute_name":"著者別名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"158804","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"Yamamoto,
