富山大学芸術文化学部紀要"}]}]},"item_3_description_15":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"伝統工芸における技は、その育成においても、あるいは伝承においても個人の職人魂に任され、場を共有し、背中を見て学ぶという方法がとられる。産業界においても熟練技能者の高齢化や退職により技能継承の困難さが問題となっている。それに対し、技能を形式化しマニュアル化する動きもあるが、必ずしも成果を上げているとはいえない。一方今回調査したドイツのマイスター制度では、技能を一定レベルで評価し、技能を社会の共有財産と考えている。\n本稿では、木工マイスター学校の調査をもとにドイツのマイスター制度を技能の育成・伝承面から捉えようとした。得られた特徴には、職人育成の教育制度、資格の社会的評価、作業環境や教育環境の重視、自立を後押しする経済的仕組みなどがある。ドイツ社会で、熟練した技能者は労働と教育の中にしっかりとした足場を持ち、社会環の中で重要と認められた存在である。マイスター制度は一朝一夕で出来上がったシステムではなく、過酷な歴史の試練を必要としてきたことは想像に難くない。いずれ技能の国際化の波は伝統的な職業分野にも押し寄せてくると思われる。それに備えて我が国が準備すべきヒントをマイスター制に見ることができた。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_description_40":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ(DSpace)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"Article","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_6":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"GEIBUN
