As a result of optimization, superior Bi_2Sr_2CaCu_2O_y film could be obtained compared to film by co-evaporation method at same growth temperature and oxidation condition on MgO substrate. Single phase of Bi_2Sr_2CaCu_2O_y films was also obtained using SrTiO_3
