Incidentally, in reference (3), it is shown that there is a vibration without stick part.\nIn this report, in the hydraulic drive system using a pressure compensated flow control valve, the equation of its motion is approximately reduced to Rayleigh equation on the assumption that the friction c haracteristic is a third order function approximately.
