self-evaluation and also discuss the most desirable situation for scientific research.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"本稿では，独創性を重視する研究評価を行うために，研究者自身による自己評価を，出来るだけ客観的に行う方法を検討する。\n欧米では，「大学における自己評価」は，比較的長い歴史をもっており，最近，日本でも，研究評価が試みられている。\nこの論文では，客観的自己評価の方法として，以下の3項目を検討する。 \n(1)研究者の活動度，及び，国際的活動度を測る。 \n(2)研究論文の質，独創性，学問分野への貢献度を測る。 \n(3)研究指導力を測る。
