 note = {In this report, the effects of fluid compressibility on dynamic performance of squeeze films and externally pressurized thrust bearings are investigated theoretically and experimentally. From the experiment, it is concluded that the effects of fluid compressibility within the bearing clearance are negligibly small and that ones within the recess should be considerable when the depth of the recess is large and the speed of squeeze motion becomes high., 本報では，潤滑流体の圧縮性がスクイーズ膜特性および静圧スラスト軸受の動特性に及ぼす影響を理論的に調べ，実験による検討を加えた。実験値との比較により，軸受すきま内の流体の圧縮性の影響は小さく無視し得ること，軸受ポケット内の流体の圧縮性の影響は，ポケットが深く，スクイーズ運動の速度が大きい場合にはかなり大きいことがわかった。, Article, 富山大学工学部紀要，38},
