Therefore scraped surface heat exchanger is often used to process high viscous and/or thermally unstable materials.\nIn this work, the time-avereged local heat transfer coefficients in a liquid-full scraped surface heat exchanger have been investigated on experiment, using the electrochemical method of redox system, for two- bladed exchanger, and they have been compared with those predicted by the conduction model based on unsteady state condition.\nAs the result, the following equation was correlated. Nu=1.18(Re_r)^<0.5> (Pr)^<0.5> This equation have agreed with the conduction model and other experiments in an agitated vessel with two blades of anchor type within the experimental errors.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"従来,化学工業・食品工業・石油工業などでは,高粘性流体,感熱性流体及び固形粒子を含むスラリーなどを,加熱・冷却或いは蒸発濃縮などの処理を必要とすることが多く,これらの熱交換の場合普通の管式熱交換器では,熱伝達係数が非常に小さくなったり,また滞留時間が大きくなるため感熱性の高い物質では熱分解する恐れがある。かきとり面形熱交換器はこのような物質をプロセス流体とする場合の熱交換器で,「Scraped Surface Heat Exchanger」或いは「Close Clearance heat Exchanger」と呼ばれ,伝熱表面でこれらのプロセス流体を連続して機械的にかきとることによって熱伝達係数を増大させ,すみやかに処理することを目的としている。この種の熱交換器は,次の2つに大別される。すなわち, (i)プロセス流体が熱交換器本体中に充満して流下するもので,環状部にかきとり翼を持った,「Votator」タイプもこの一種であり,これは主に高粘性流体の加熱・冷却に用いられる。 (ii)熱交換器の伝熱面に沿ってプロセス流体が液膜の状態で流下し,本体中に空間を有するもので高粘性流体或いは感熱性の高い流体の加熱・蒸発濃縮及ひ蒸留などに用いられ,特に蒸発器として用いられることが多しその場合には「Agitated Thin Film
