paper describes the results of a detailed study on the development of surface asperity's, under cold compression condition of the pure-iron and carbon-steel which have various grain-sizes.\nThe frictional power occuring between the metal-tool interfaces being directly measured, it is found that the materials of large grain-sizes have greater frictional resistance, and that this phenomenon is most remarkable in the case of the high carbon-steel.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"一般に金属材料を冷間で塑性加工するとき,潤滑剤を用いて摩擦を減少させ,加工表面の焼付きを防止し,さらには加工材料の加工限界,製品の精度および加工表面の仕上げ状態などの向上が要求されるようになった。\nこれらの目的を達成させるには,まず,金属材料に対する適正な潤滑方法のもとで,塑性加工が行われなければならない。\nこれまでの数多くの研究は,加工表面のあらさの解析から説明しようとした試みが多く,主としてレオロジー的な立場から追求されてきた。\nところが,加工を受ける材料はそれぞれ異った金属組織と変形抵抗を有し,加工中に刻々と変化する。\nこのことを考慮すれば,材料の外側からのごく表面的な観察の解析結果だけでは理解しがたく,さらに材料の内側(下部組織)からみた加工表面のあらさと金属組織との関連についても調べれば,加工性及び潤滑作用の良好な加工前における材料の金属組織と強度(かたさ)に対する改良も可能になると思われる。\n前報は,純金属を主体とした面心,体心及びちゅう密六方格子金属の潤滑圧縮を試み,潤滑剤は隣接結晶粒間の結晶方位差によって生じた粒界付近の大きなくぼみと,すべり帯に起因した微細くぼみに閉込められ,なかでも,すべり系の少ないちゅう密六方格子金属は,他の格子金属に比較してくぼみ量が小さく,潤滑作用の悪いことがわかった。\nそこで本報は純鉄とその合金として構造用炭素鋼を用い,結晶粒径と第2相の球状化処理が潤滑作用に及ぼす影響を調べ,被加工材料の立場から,その性質を変えることによって潤滑効果が良くなることを報告し,ついでその機構を実験的に明らかにした。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_description_40":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ(DSpace)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"Article","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_6":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"富山大学工学部紀要,27","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_full_name_3":{"attribute_name":"著者別名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"56412","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"TOKIZAWA,
