 note = {The transfer function of the dead time in the automatic control system is given by the exponential funcion. But it is difficult to treat of the transfer fnnction of systems containing the exponential function. Therefore we intend to replace it with an approximate transfer function to take the form of rational function., 周知のように自動制御系にはむだ時間というものがあって，入量よりある時間だけ遅れて出量に信号が現われるものがある。
むだ時間の伝達関数を含む制御系では指数関数が入って来ることになり，その取扱いがはなはだ不便である。
そこでこれを近似展開して有理関数の形に直して取扱えば便利となる。
この際に，近似展開の項数を多くとればとる程，近似度が高くなるのは当然であるが，その半面余り項数を多く取ると取扱いが徒らに複雑となって，実用的でない。
そのためこれを有限項で止めた場合にどの程度の誤差が生ずるかを調べてみたい。, Article, 富山大学工学部紀要，13(1/2)},
