(One way or chosswise) \nThe reduction of the specimens thus made is 80 per cent. The specimens were annealed at high temperatures, and the relations -- (1) strength: direction rolled, (2) heating velocity: size of recrystallized grains, and (3) primary and secondary recrystallizations -- have been investigated with the following results: -- \n(1) The strength of the plate in 45° to he rolled direction is weak and can't he improved by annealing. \n(2) When the heating velocity is large, the size of crystals after recrystallization is nearly constant, independent of annealing temperatures.\n(3) Regarding recrystallization, log t is proportional to I/T, and hence the authors calculated the activation energies for the primary and the secondary recrystallizations.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"焼鈍過程に於けるAI板の諸性質の変化に関しては今日向種々重要な問題が残されている。本研究はその中,次の4項目について検討した。その結果を報告する。\n(1)方向性\n(2)加熱速度と結晶粒度\n(3)再結晶\n(4)2次再結晶\n近時技術の進歩に伴い,器物用AI板の製造も高性能の4段巻取式連続庄延機に転換しようとする状勢下にある。然るに4段圧延機の性能を充分活用するためには,スラプを1方向のみに圧延せざるを得ない。ここに方向性の問題が強く取上げられる所以である。\n加熱速度と結晶粒度との関係,これは古くは山口氏による瞬間加熱による研究,作井氏の研究があるが,器物用AI板を焼鈍する際の材質の改善,時間及び燃料の節約などの点からも当然この問題が取上げられる。\n再結晶に関しては幾多の研究がなされ,理論的叉は実際的立場からいろいろ検討が試みられている。然し器物用AI板に関する基礎的な資料は案外少ない。現場では7分鈍し,5 分鈍しなどと云って焼鈍方法により硬さを加減しているが未だ基礎的な理由を把握している所は少ない様である。\n2次再結晶は或はコースニングとも云はれ比較的最近注目された現象である。M, L, Kornberg.は結晶核発生更に成長の現象であると考え,P. A.
