this experiment, a cylindrical specimen is heated in an electric-furnace and a simple twisting machine having a loading disc is fixed on one end of the specimen and the angle of twist is observed length.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"一般に鋳物が鋳造されると粘性状態から冷却されるために,その形状,各部分の寸法の相違及び合金の種類等の影響をうける。これ等の影響のために,冷却速度及び牧縮量は一定でなくたる。然しながら粘性状態に保たれている間は,何等応力は発生しないが,粘性限界温度以下,即ち弾性状態にはいると収縮量の不同のために,急速に冷却された部分に圧縮応力を,ゆるやかに冷却された部分には引張応力が残って,これが鋳造応力である。この鋳浩応力は必ずしも単一な因子のみに支配されないで,少くとも次に列挙したような諸因子が複合して,その発生原因になることは良く知られている。 \n1. 膨脹及び牧縮率の大小 \n2. 冷却開始温度の高低 \n3. 粘性限界温度の位置 \n4. 全体の冷却速皮の遅速 \n5. 断町積の差 \n6. 急冷,徐冷による組織の不均一
