In this paper, the stresses in a circular disk containing an eccentric circular hole fixed at its center and under the action of a tangential force were analysed. The method of solution was the same as that used in the previous paper, and the bipolar coordinates were used in the solution. The complete stress-function in the disk with a hole is constructed in the form, in which the basic stress-function is added to the auxiliary one.
