Pain drawing chart, 30-verbal test, visual analogue scale（VAS）, the evaluation of the masked depression （Self-Rating Questionnaire for Depression: SRQD） and the Japanese Orthopaedic Association（JOA）score were evaluated. As a result, the total pain score（VAS）by 4-subscale categorization, and the evaluation of the SRQD had a statistical correlation. But, SRQD was no relationship with JOA score. The cervical symptoms are similar to the indefinite symptom, and might be mixed up.
