 note = {本研究では，外来に通院する慢性疾患患者の患者役割遂行度測定尺度を作成し，その信頼性・妥当性について検討した．患者役割行動を測定するための項目原案は，先行文献をもとに概念枠組みに沿って35項目作成した．対象者はＡ・Ｂ総合病院に通院する慢性疾患患者250名とした．因子分析の結果，「コンプライアンス行動」，「自己判断の禁止」，「治療・看護への協力的態度」，「患者権利の主張」，の4 因子20項目からなる尺度であった．本尺度は内容妥当性，表面妥当性，因子的妥当性，弁別的妥当性，基準関連妥当性が確認でき，信頼性・妥当性のある尺度であることが確認できた．
This study developed a patient-role performance scale for chronic disease patients and examined its reliability and validity. Using the conceptual framework of existing literature, 35 items for measuring patient-role performance were developed. The subjects were 250 chronic disease patients who attend general hospitals A and B. Factor analysis extracted 20 items for four factors: 1） compliance behavior, 2） prohibition of self-judgment, 3） cooperative behavior toward treatment and care, and 4）claims on patient's rights.
