 note = {［目的］片麻痺患者の日常生活における自律度測定尺度を作成し，その信頼性と妥当性を検討する．
［方法］A県内の総合病院に通院する片麻痺患者284名を対象に，日常生活における自律度を測定するために，91項目の質問紙原案を作成し調査した．尺度作成の方法に従って統計処理し，信頼性・妥当性を確認した．
［結果］有効回答率は71.8％で，データの正規性は確認できた．主因子法バリマックス回転の結果，第1因子は5項目，第2～第4因子は各々4項目の5因子21項目が抽出された．Cronbachの信頼性係数αは0.76～0.93の範囲にあった．
［考察・結論］各項目内容の質から第1～第5因子は其々「野外活動での自律」，「衣・住生活の清潔の自律」，「環境調整の自律」「排泄行為の自律」，「規則正しい睡眠・食生活の自律」と命名した．本尺度は信頼性・妥当性のある尺度と確認した．今後は本尺度の基準関連妥当性を確認する必要がある．
Purpose: The aim of this study was to create an autonomy measurement scale for the daily lifestyles of hemiplegic patients and to investigate the reliability and validity of this scale.
Methods: We created a 91-item draft questionnaire to measure the degree of autonomy in the daily lives of 284 hemiplegic patients visiting a general hospital in prefecture A on an outpatient basis. Statistical processing was conducted in accordance with the scale creation method and the reliability and validity of the scale were verified.
Results: The response rate was 71.8％ and normality of the data was confirmed. Following varimax rotation of principle components, we extracted five items for the first component, four items each for the second to fourth components, totaling 21 items for the first through fifth components. Cronbach’s alpha reliability coefficient was within the range of 0.76-0.93.
Discussion and Conclusions: The first to fifth components based on the nature of each questionnaire item were designated “autonomy in outdoor activities,” “autonomy in the cleanliness of clothes and home life,” “autonomy in environmental adjustments,” “autonomy in bodily functions,” and “autonomy in regular sleep and eating habits.” We confirmed that this scale was both reliable and valid.
