{"created":"2023-07-25T09:04:51.253316+00:00","id":2754,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"9dd16cc8-15be-43de-b22a-a8c0d310d694"},"_deposit":{"created_by":3,"id":"2754","owners":[3],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"2754"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:toyama.repo.nii.ac.jp:00002754","sets":["439:440:443:453:464"]},"author_link":["9365"],"item_3_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2013-06","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicIssueNumber":"1","bibliographicPageEnd":"13","bibliographicPageStart":"9","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"13","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"富山大学看護学会誌"}]}]},"item_3_description_15":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"医療のあり方として「できるだけ長く生命の維持をはかる」ことを重視するのは当然であるが，それと並行して「その時その時今現在を人間らしく自分らしく生活する」ことも重視されなければならない．病気を有し治療を続ける中でもどんな毎日を送っていきたいかという患者の思いが尊重され，実現できることが望ましいが，それに関わる家族の思いや医療者の考えは，それぞれの立場もあり微妙に異なることが多い．臨床においては，個々のケースを検討していくことが重要になるが，状況を整理し問題を明らかにしていくには，「倫理」的な視点が重要となる．白浜雅司は「日常診療の場において，医療を受ける患者，家族の関係者，医療者間の立場や考えの違いから生じる様々な問題に気づき，分析して，それぞれの価値観を尊重しながら，関係するものが納得できる最善の解決策を模索していくこと」が臨床倫理であるとし，個々の事例をジョンセンが提唱した4分割表を用いて倫理検討することを広めた．\n倫理検討の基盤となる医療の倫理としては，ビーチャム＆チルドレスが「自律尊重」「善行」「無危害」「正義」の4つの原則を提示している．4つの原則は医師はじめ医療者全体の共通倫理である．それらの原則の意図することを日本のことわざに例えてみれば，自律尊重＝「かわいい子には旅をさせよ」「失敗は成功のもと」，善行＝「長いものには巻かれろ」「老いては子に従え」，無危害＝「転ばぬ先の杖」等と考えられる．このように考えると，これらの原則は，臨床の場面では4つとも同時に満たすことができない，（原則間の対立：関わるそれぞれの人の価値観が異なり，どうすればよいか意見が異なり対立・衝突している状況）ことは当然起こりうることである．また，ジレンマ：どのことも等しく重要であり，
