As a whole, the individual lower limbs muscular strength was almost normal, but the bilateral toes pinch power was evaluated at 1.3±0.6kg （Yamashita's classification group-1: The decrease of lower limbs muscular strength and the foot part function）, which showed a low-level obviously.\nHowever, the toes ten-second test was 14.8±4.2 times of right, 14.2±4.3 times of left, which were similar with a normal value. The total trace length on the examination of the center of gravity unrest meter was strongly correlated with patient's age （r=0.905, p=0.001） in the evaluated nine patients, but did not correlate with the results of the test for toes pinch power, nor toes ten seconds.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"運動器症候群に関連する転倒骨折後の患者に対してリハビリテーションを施行した18例の患者の診療記録をもとに，下肢機能（下肢筋力，足趾挟力，足趾10秒テスト）と重心動揺計検査による記録を収集した．全体として個々の下肢筋力は概ね正常であったが，足趾挟力は両側とも平均が1.3±0.6kg（山下の分類によるグループ1：下肢筋力および足部機能の低下あり）となり，明らかに低値を示した．しかし足趾10秒テストは右14.8±4.2回，左14.2±4.3回であり，標準値とほぼ同じであった． 9例に実施された重心動揺計の検査では総軌跡長は患者背景における年齢と強い相関関係（
