In the comparison based on attributes of nurses, significant differences were seen in clinical nursing competence with sex, age, professional position, and clinical field （p<0.05～p<0.001）.\nIn addition, moderate-weak positive correlations were seen between clinical nursing competence and number of working years, sense of coherence （SOC-13）, and spirituality （SRS-A） （p<0.01～p<0.001）. No correlation was seen between the \"Supportive communication skills\" subscale of clinical nursing competence and number of working years or total SOC score （p<0.001）.
