 note = {application/pdf, We conducted a questionnaire survey of 464 nurses with the aims comparing clinical nursing competence by attributes of nurses working at general hospitals, and investigating the relationship between number of working years, sense of coherence, and spirituality. In the comparison based on attributes of nurses, significant differences were seen in clinical nursing competence with sex, age, professional position, and clinical field （p<0.05～p<0.001）.
In addition, moderate-weak positive correlations were seen between clinical nursing competence and number of working years, sense of coherence （SOC-13）, and spirituality （SRS-A） （p<0.01～p<0.001）. No correlation was seen between the "Supportive communication skills" subscale of clinical nursing competence and number of working years or total SOC score （p<0.001）. The above suggests that clinical nursing competence is related to accumulation of experience, level of sense of coherence and spirituality are related to level of clinical nursing competence, and "Supportive communication skills" may not improve with accumulation of experience only., 総合病院に勤務する看護師の看護実践能力を属性により比較することと，勤務年数，首尾一貫感覚及びスピリチュアリティとの関連を検討することを目的に，看護師464名を対象に質問紙を用いて調査を実施した．看護師の属性による比較において，性別，年代別，職位別，臨床領域別で看護実践能力に有意差が見られた（p<0.05～p<0.001）．また看護実践能力の総得点と勤務年数，首尾一貫感覚（SOC-13），およびスピリチュアリティ（SRS-A）との間に，中程度～弱い正の相関関係があった（p<0.01～p<0.001)．看護実践能力の下位尺度「援助的コミュニケーション力」は勤務年数，SOC総得点とは相関関係が見られなかった（p<0.001）．以上により看護実践能力は経験を積むことや，首尾一貫感覚，スピリチュアリティの高さが看護実践能力の高さと関係していること，「援助的コミュニケーション力」は経験を積むだけでは高まらない可能性が示唆された．, Article, 富山大学看護学会誌, 第12巻2号, 2012.12., page 81-92},
