The results indicated that, in the test condition, while the ratio of the deep sleep stage increased, parasympathetic nerve activity decreased. These findings indicated that environmental temperature affected sleep depth and autonomic nerve activity under sleep. It is noted that the subjects reported that the night was sultry and oppressive, which might lead to an increase in sweating and cutaneous blood flow for heat dissipation. These physiological responses might result in a decrease in venous return, which might decrease activity of the parasympathetic nervous system to maintain cardiac output. Since summer in Japan is hot and humid, which easily induces the same physiological reactions as in the present study. These results strongly suggest that control of environmental temperature is important for comfortable sleep., 環境温の睡眠に及ぼす影響を明らかにするため,健常被験者を,27℃に室温を維持した環境(コントロール),および室温を27℃から2時間毎に22℃に変化させる環境(テスト)下で睡眠させ,脳波,室温,直腸温,および心電図を記録した.その結果,テスト条件において,深睡眠ステージの占める割合が増大するとともに,副交感神経活動が低下し,環境温度が睡眠深度や睡眠中の自律神経活動に影響を及ぼすことが示された.本研究では,睡眠中に副交感神経反応が低下したが,本研究のように環境温が主観的に暑く感ずる条件下では,放熱反応のために皮膚血流量が増加し,心拍出量を維持するために睡眠下にも関わらず副交感神経系の活動が低下したと推測された.日本の夏期は高温多湿になるため,夏期には多くの健康成人が本研究結果と同様な生理学的動態を示すようになると推測され,快適な睡眠のための環境温の制御の必要性が強く示唆された., Article, 富山大学看護学会誌, 第11巻1号, 2012.3., page 19-28}, pages = {19--28}, title = {温熱環境の睡眠および自律神経活動に及ぼす影響}, volume = {11}, year = {2012} }
