This is a qualitative descriptive study utilizing the phenomenological approach. The result is summarized as follows. The structure of learning of students was found. The students took in the phenomenon of childbirth while they were perplexed over the difference between the reality of their first childbirth care and how they imagined it. They understood the need to document the laboring mother's physical condition for the diagnosis of the childbirth progress. They conducted practices that promoted the childbirth progress, and put value in being close to the laboring mother. Their reflection on the delivery experience confirmed what they have learned and the challenged they still have to face. They recognized that what to do in abnormal delivery cases will be their future challenge., 本研究は学士課程で助産を選択する学生の分娩介助10例における学びを明らかにすることを目的とし,現象学的アプローチを参考にした質的記述的研究である.本研究により以下のことが明らかになったのでここに報告する. 分娩介助実習における学生の学びの構造は以下のようであった. 『学生の分娩介助実習における学びは,初めての分娩介助において想像と現実の違いに,戸惑いながら分娩という現象を感じ取る.そして分娩進行状態の診断には産婦の身体状況を捉えることが必要であることを理解し,分娩進行を促進するケアを実践しながら,産婦に寄り添うことを大切にする.一方自己の分娩介助経験を振り返り,学びと課題を確認する.10例終了後に,分娩時の異常発生への対処はこれからの課題であることを認識するという過程である』, Article, 富山大学看護学会誌, 第10巻1号, 2011.2., page 37-47}, pages = {37--47}, title = {学士課程で助産を選択する学生の分娩介助10例における学び : 分娩介助実習体験を中心に}, volume = {10}, year = {2011} }
