Also the literature concerns of spiritual care was used to abstract the concepts of nurses' spiritual care and combined the two concepts. The original questionnaire was created based on the two concepts.\nAs a result of factor analysis, 6 factors yielded: （1）spiritual approach, （2）view of life and death, （3）relationships between the nature and the otherness, （4）meaning of life, （5）love and reception, （6）hope to the eternal life. There were 6 factors and 60 items in the scale.\nCronbach's alphas was over 0.9 for all sub-scales and test-retest revealed high positive correlation （r=0.6）. The correlations between this scale and Self-transcendence scale （STS） were significantly positive （r=0.604, p<0.001）.
