 note = {This study evaluated two kinds of gel-form alcohol-based hand disinfectants, A product and B product containing a new skin-protective agent additional to A product, focusing on the skin-protective effect and self-reported feeling through a 4-week trial use in hand-hygiene practices of a total of 18 nurses. The bacterial reduction rates were high exceeding to permissible level in both products (more than 94%). The capacity to maintain the skin water is almost equal between A and B products. Through an analysis of nurses' responses on the questionnaire, both products could be accepted almost equally in the various evaluating indicators of agent-relating feelings except of rubbing time (15 sec of A product versus 30 sec of B product) and agreeable feelings of wetness and moisture which seems slightly superior in the A product. Importantly, nurses pointed out that a long nozzle of dispenser might be adverse factors affecting on adherence to the hand-hygiene practices., 医療関連感染予防の重要性の認識が高まる中，アルコール速乾式手指消毒剤の使用は手指衛生の基本として定着してきた。しかし，医療現場で勤務する看護師にとっては，その使用による手荒れが問題となっており，皮膚保護剤含有擦式手指消毒剤への関心が高まってきている。今回，アルコールを基剤としゲル状手指消毒剤A剤と，新たに皮膚保護剤としてリピジュア－水溶性ポリマー（2‐メタクリロイルオキシエチルホスホリルコリン・メタクリル酸ブチル共重合体）を含有したB剤が新規に発売されたことから，その手指除菌効果，4週継続使用による角質水分量の変化および使用感を比較検討した。その結果，手指スタンプ法による検討からどちらもほぼ９５％と高い除菌率を示した。手背部皮膚角質水分量を４週にわたり週１回測定した結果，両剤の比較では，有意差は認められなかった。
一方，使用感のアンケート調査結果では，「全体の使用感」は両剤間に差は認められなかった。有意差のあった項目は，「におい」「しっとり・うるおい感」となった（P<0.05）。実際の使用に際し，容器形状（ノズルの長さ）など臨床現場のニードが提示された。, Article, 富山大学看護学会誌, 第8巻1号, 2008.10., page 33-40},
