Word-for-word manner-based Krippendorff's content analysis of the electrical transcription obtained from the semi-constructive interview showed that they meet various scenes of gear changes which are classified into three core categories such as \"impatient feeling for the difficulty in gear change in opposition to their rational power\",\" everlasting ties\" and \"resilience\", for the first, second and third core categories, respectively, with the lapse of times and phase of desire of life. The first core category consisted of 7 categories, \"coexistence with cancer\" (a chief category), \"threat and crisis of cancer\", \"social support\", \"spirituality circulated through the patient\", \"partnership\", \"complexity in cancer care\" and \"give over a patient for dead\".\nThe second and third ones consisted of each two categories, \"interaction\" and \"dignity\", and \"recovery\" and \"fluctuant grief of bereavement\", respectively.
