The representative descriptions for the operation room before the training were the cool, tension, mechanical, special space, anxiety, busy and prompt. With the lapse of training period, they seemed to confirm the most descriptions except the anxiety which changed to the description of circumstance with safety. SDM showed that there were significant differences in 9 items between pre-and post-trainingperiods; pleasure-melancholy, like-hate, light-gloomy, friendly-unfriendly, peaceful-imminence, violent-mild, tense-relax, vigorous-dull and calm-harsh.
