As a result, it has been shown that as much as 67% of healthcare personnel take various health foods. Among them, vitamin pills were the most popular, suggesting that healthcare personnel recognize easier them as health foods because of their tablet-shapes. In addition, they cited health foods effective for the prevention of cancer, dementia and allergic diseases as the most expecting ones. However, 59% of responders showed the lack of confidence for the effectiveness of health foods taken by themselves.
