The internal attribution consisted of self-awareness in interpersonal relationships, self preoccupation, empathy consideration, depressives, competence, self monitoring, social skills and self-efficacy. A sample was 196 nursing students in the university. As the result, the scores of depression showed negatively correlation with those of ego identity. The scores of negative self-awareness in interpersonal relationships showed partial correlation coefficient with significant level of 0.1% to those of ego identity. In addition, empathy consideration, competence, self monitoring and self-efficacy depended on attribution in nursing students.
