 note = {application/pdf, 本研究では,成人糖尿病患者の家族のソーシャルサポート測定尺度を作成し,その信頼性・妥当性について検討した.家族のソーシャルサポートの程度を測定するための項目原案は,家族のソーシャルサポートの概念枠組みに沿って作成した.対象は大学附属病院の糖尿病外来受診者108名とし,自記式質問紙調査法をとった.因子分析の結果「清潔ソーシャルサポート因子」,「食事ソーシャルサポート因子」,「感染防止ソーシャルサポート因子」,「休息・睡眠ソーシャルサポート因子」,「運動ソーシャルサポート因子」の5因子30項目からなる尺度を構成している.本尺度の内容妥当性・回答分布の偏り・弁別的妥当性・基準関連妥当性・信頼性が確認でき,高い信頼性と妥当性を認めることのできる尺度であることを確認した., The purpose of this study was to development of an instrument to measure family support of patient with diabetes. Reliability and validity were established. Content validity was established through a rating of each item of the questionnaire by researchers. Subjects consisted of 108 outpatients with diabetes. The result showed that factor structure consisted of 5 factors of 30 items. The reliability was 0.945. These data expound that construct validity was established., Article},
