 note = {application/pdf, 富山県山田村では, 各家庭にインターネット接続可能なコンピュータが導入されている.この情報化基盤整備進展後の未来社会モデル的な地域において, 情報基盤を活用した保健婦活動の1つの試みとして, インターネットによる自己健康管理システムを開発・公開した.本研究では, その実践過程の分析を通し, インターネットシステムを活用した保健婦活動を効果的に実践するためには, 以下の条件が重要であると示唆された.1.様々な専門家が協調し合う組織構造を持つこと.2.次の3点を網羅するシステム内容を作ること.すなわち, (1)保健婦活動の目的に合致する内容であること, (2)住民のヘルスニーズや地区特性を踏まえた内容であること, (3)インターネットの特性である双方向性のコミュニケーションを活かす内容であること.3.利用者のプライバシーや安全を守ること.4.住民の利用促進を図ること.すなわち住民の心理障壁の除去, システムの存在に関する周知の徹底, 住民のインターネット操作技術の向上に努めること., At Yamada Village in the Toyama Prefecture, personal computers were distributed to each household to promote community activities. We introduced an Internet system for community health care to this area. The practicing procedure in the period from developing the system to opening it to residents was investigated. In addition, the factor of performing community health care by making use of an Internet system effectively for public health nurses was explained. The results were as follows : 1. A public health nurse should construct cooperative situation among other public health professionals. 2. A public health nurse should make an Internet system with the following contents : a) In compliance with the purpose of community health care. b) In compliance with the resident's health needs. c) An Internet system for communicating both sides to each other. 3.
