In this study, we analyzed various problems extracted through the obserbation in home visiting of these patients, focusing on the different points of view between the patients and the nurses. As a result, we could extracted 10 categories consisting of 47 sub categories from the observation. In addition, the analyzing the contents of cares to solve the problems, the following behavior could be taken as influencing roles of nurses.
