The subjects were 108 nurses working in six public hospitals in Toyama Prefecture, and consisted of 32 head and 76 sub-head nurses, and subjects' average ages is 43 years, working experience is 22 years, married are 94,unmarried are 14,diploma school are 100,college are 8. KG type quetionnaire was used to assess behavioral patterns, and the measurement scale of PM Leadership (self-evaluation type) was used to assess leaderships' pattern. Nurses' Type A was significantly correlated with their leaderships. There was a significant positeive correlation (r= 0.375,p<0.01) between the total scores of Type A and leaderships, and then there was a significant positive correlation (r=0.239,p<0.05) between hard-driving-time urgency of sub-concepts of Type A and P function in leaderships. As a result of multiple regression in the relationships between the score of nurses' PM function and Type A, herd-driving-time urgency of the sub-concepts of Type A was an effect's factor to P function, and Type A gave different effects to P and M function by carrer ladder and in terms of marriage.
