We examined the contents of these nursing staffs' comments and analyzed them by applying KJmethod for better understanding of the state of in-home support centers.334 codes were seen among them, which were classified into 8 categories; the welfare system, attitude toward work role of nursing staffs care method support network fundamental training, and on the job training. The following are the points suggested by the nursing staffs. 1.
