During a 3-year period from 1995 to 1998, we treated 33 patients with aconiti poisoning. Our patients' symptoms included paresthesia in the mouth and tongue, palpitation, discomfort of chest and epigastric region, dizziness, hypertension and vomiting, etc. Two cases showed aconiti poisoning after only the change of a prescription, although the amount of Aconiti Tuber was not changed. Climatic change, boiling time, and teapot were other reasons for aconiti poisoning. All clinicians should consider such factors that include a predisposition to poisoning and the need for strict surveillance of herbal practices., Article}, pages = {168--174}, title = {附子中毒33症例の検討}, volume = {16}, year = {1999} }
