 note = {application/pdf, In the last decade, interstitial pneumonia (IP) presumably induced by Sho-saiko-to/Xiao-Chaihu-Tang has emerged when treating patients with chronic hepatitis C. Here, we present the guidelines for the safe use of Sho-saiko-to. To reveal clinical features and pathophysiological aspects, we inspected case reports and basic studies of patients with IP probably induced by Sho-saiko-to.
