Toyama"}]}]},"item_3_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究の目的は，少年犯罪に対する厳罰化の態度に影響する要因について整理を行うことであった。日本の心理学的調査研究を中心に，少年犯罪に限定せず広く犯罪一般に範囲を拡張し，研究をレビューした。その際，「その人が持つパーソナリティや社会観などの個人差によって犯罪に対する厳罰化の態度が異なる」ことを検討する「特性モデル」の研究と，「事件の内容に関する情報の量や質の違いによって犯罪に対する厳罰化の態度が異なる」ことを検討する「情報モデル」の研究に分類した。それらの研究を概観したところ，少年犯罪に関しては，「情報モデル」の研究において直接的に厳罰化の態度を測定した研究が見当たらない現状が見出された。厳罰化だけでなく保護的な態度も考慮する必要があるという少年犯罪の特殊性と，少年犯罪についてどのような報道が適切であるかに関する資料の提供という2つの点から，今後はどのような情報が少年犯罪への厳罰化態度に影響するのかを直接的に検討する必要性が提起された。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_description_40":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ(DSpace)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"Article","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_6":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"富山大学教育学部紀要,
