Toyama"}]}]},"item_3_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"　本研究は，Jリーグクラブであるカターレ富山のアカデミーに所属する選手が獲得している社会性の構造および社会性の獲得要因を把握することで、カターレアカデミー選手の「スポーツ的社会化」の様態を明らかにすることを目的とした。カターレアカデミー選手を対象に観察調査および質問紙調査を行い、カターレアカデミーにおける人間形成の全体像を整理した。\n　結果、１）カターレアカデミー選手が獲得している社会性は、『主体性』、『目的遂行』、『立ち振る舞い』、『自己解決』で構成されていることが明らかとなった。2）カターレアカデミーにおける社会化要因に関して、『個人的属性』として「カターレアカデミーへの所属歴」、『重要な他者』として、「チームメイト」「指導者」「他のカテゴリーの選手」との関わり、『社会化場面』として「練習時間中のトレーニング」「練習時間後の自主練習」「試合前の道具等の準備」「試合前のチームで行うウォーミングアップ」への取り組みや「ホームゲームでのボランティア活動」「クラブの社会貢献活動」への参加経験が位置付いていることが明らかとなった。\n　本研究で得られた知見を基に、カターレアカデミー選手特有の人間形成の過程についてまとめた。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_description_40":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ(DSpace)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"Article","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_6":{"attribute_name":"引用","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"富山大学教育学部紀要,
