This Scale was composed by three factors. First factor was named pressure of involving to growth of children. Second factor was named freedom of working hours. Third factor was named enjoyment of working with children. One-way ANOVA revealed that awareness of whether to continue or quit work associated with occupational attractiveness. Many of the respondents in this study said they would like to continue working as after-school care leaders. And they felt pleasure of engaging with children.
