Of the 12 items, 11 items showed higher average values in women.\n(2) Regarding comfortability of wearing a commercial mask, about 40% of women answered \"not good\" and 30% of men answered \"good\" (p < .001). Approximately 40% of both male and female participants identified ear straps as an unpleasant part of the mask.\n(3) An SEM analysis of the whole data (n = 252) indicated that \"changes in daily life\" were associated with \"isolation from society\" (path coefficient;0.68), \"awareness of risks of CORONA infection\" (0.29), and \"Interest  in Mask Performance Information\" (0.24).\n(4) A simultaneous analysis of the separate (male and female) groups indicated that, in men, \"changes in daily life\" was found to be related to \"isolation from society\" (0.50) and \"awareness of risks of CORONA infection\"\n(0.30). For women, \"changes in daily life\" was associated with \"isolation from society\" (0.85) and \"interest in mask performance information\" (0.39).
